Maison Trimbach's Sylvaner Weinbaum highlights a grape variety that, while historic and traditional to Alsace, is rarely given such meticulous single-vineyard focus. Sourced from the 'Weinbaum' lieu-dit, characterized by its clay and limestone soils, this wine benefits from the estate's signature vinification philosophy: fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel and neutral oak, with a strict avoidance of malolactic fermentation to preserve its vibrant, natural acidity. Historically, Sylvaner was once the most widely planted grape in Alsace, prized for its reliability. In this cuvée, Trimbach elevates the humble grape into a structured, dry, and incredibly refreshing white wine, showcasing delicate white flower aromas, bright citrus notes, and a distinct stony minerality that reflects the unique terroir of Ribeauvillé.

Maison Trimbach blev grundlagt i 1626 i hjertet af det historiske Alsace og er gennem mere end tolv generationer blevet drevet af Trimbach-familien, som fra vinkældrene i Ribeauvillé har opbygget et enestående internationalt ry.
