✨ Tekniske specifikationer
While 'Argento' is not a standard active bottling under the Trivento portfolio—often confused with the separate, independent Bodega Argento brand—Trivento itself is highly regarded for its white winemaking in Mendoza. Trivento's Chardonnay program highlights the high-altitude terroir of Mendoza, particularly the Uco Valley and Luján de Cuyo. In these elevated vineyards, the dramatic diurnal temperature shifts and intense Andean sunlight allow Chardonnay grapes to develop rich tropical fruit flavors, such as pineapple and pear, balanced by a vibrant, crisp acidity. Typically, Trivento's Chardonnays undergo a combination of stainless steel fermentation to preserve freshness and partial oak aging to introduce delicate notes of vanilla, toasted brioche, and a creamy texture, reflecting the modern, elegant style of Argentine white wines.
