Trivento, named after the three legendary winds—Polar, Zonda, and Sudestada—that sweep through the vineyards of Mendoza, crafts 'Brisa de Abril' (April Breeze) as a tribute to the gentle autumn wind of the Southern Hemisphere. Harvested late in the season during April, the grapes, typically a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier, are allowed to overripen on the vine. This late-harvest process concentrates the natural sugars and aromatic compounds, resulting in a luscious sweet white wine. The high-altitude Mendoza terroir, with its intense sunlight and pure Andean meltwater, imparts a vibrant acidity that beautifully balances the wine's rich notes of honey, ripe stone fruits, and delicate floral undertones.
