Trivento's Extra Brut is a sparkling testament to the high-altitude terroirs of Mendoza, where the dramatic influence of the three legendary winds—the Polar, Zonda, and Sudestada—creates a climate of extreme diurnal temperature shifts. This unique environment allows Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes to ripen slowly, retaining the vibrant, crisp acidity essential for premium sparkling wine. Crafted primarily using the Charmat method to preserve the pristine, youthful fruit character, this sparkling wine captures the essence of the Andean foothills. It offers an elegant bouquet of green apples, white peach, and delicate citrus notes, underpinned by a subtle, yeasty complexity from lees contact.
