Trivento's Golden Reserve Black Series Cabernet Franc represents a sophisticated exploration of Mendoza's high-altitude terroirs, where this classic Bordeaux variety has found an exceptional second home. Sourced from hand-selected parcels in premium sub-regions like the Uco Valley, the vines benefit from intense Andean sunlight and dramatic diurnal temperature swings. This unique climate, shaped by the region's legendary mountain winds, allows the Cabernet Franc grapes to achieve optimal phenolic ripeness while retaining their vibrant natural acidity. In the cellar, the wine undergoes careful maceration and is aged in French oak barrels, resulting in a structured, elegant red that beautifully balances the grape's signature herbal and graphite notes with rich dark fruit and refined tannins.
