The name Trivento, meaning 'Three Winds,' refers to the Polar, Zonda, and Sudestada winds that sweep through the high-altitude vineyards, creating a unique microclimate that naturally regulates grape yields and preserves vibrant acidity. For the Black Series, winemakers select only the finest hand-harvested grapes, which undergo meticulous fermentation and extended aging in French oak barrels.
