Trivento's Golden Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a testament to the exceptional potential of Luján de Cuyo, a historic winemaking sub-region of Mendoza. Sourced from select high-altitude vineyards irrigated by the pure meltwater of the Andes, this wine represents a deep respect for traditional Argentine viticulture. The name Trivento, meaning 'Three Winds,' refers to the Polar, Zonda, and Sudestada winds that shape the local microclimate, keeping the grapes healthy and concentrating their character. The wine is typically aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by further refinement in the bottle. This process yields a structured, elegant Cabernet Sauvignon with rich dark fruit notes, subtle spice, and a velvety texture that honors the estate's commitment to crafting terroir-driven wines.
