Trivento's Golden Reserve Chardonnay is a testament to the exceptional potential of high-altitude white wines in Mendoza. Sourced from selected vineyards in the cool-climate microclimates of the Uco Valley, particularly Tupungato, the grapes benefit from intense alpine sunlight and dramatic diurnal temperature swings. The winery's name, meaning 'Three Winds,' refers to the Polar, Zonda, and Sudestada winds that sweep through Mendoza, naturally protecting the vines and keeping the grapes pristine. Hand-harvested and fermented in French oak barrels, this Chardonnay undergoes partial malolactic fermentation and aging on its fine lees. This meticulous process yields a sophisticated wine that beautifully balances vibrant citrus and tropical fruit aromas with elegant notes of toasted brioche, vanilla, and a rich, mineral-driven texture.
