Trivento's Organic Malbec is a pure testament to the high-altitude terroirs of Mendoza, where the legendary three winds—the Polar, the Zonda, and the Sudestada—sweep through the vineyards. These powerful winds naturally protect the vines from pests and moisture, creating an ideal environment for organic viticulture without the need for chemical interventions. Crafted with grapes sourced from certified organic vineyards in the Uco Valley and Luján de Cuyo, this wine is fermented in stainless steel to preserve the vibrant, unadulterated essence of the fruit. It reflects a modern, eco-conscious chapter in Argentine winemaking, celebrating the harmony between the rugged Andean landscape and sustainable farming practices.
