Trivento's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a testament to the dramatic high-altitude terroir of Mendoza, where the vines are sculpted by the three legendary winds—the Polar, the Zonda, and the Sudestada—from which the estate takes its name. Sourced from selected vineyards across the region, the grapes benefit from intense Andean sunlight and cool night temperatures, which foster thick skins, deep color, and structured tannins. The wine undergoes a careful fermentation process followed by approximately six months of aging in French oak barrels. This gentle oak contact rounds out the naturally robust character of the Cabernet Sauvignon, seamlessly weaving together ripe red fruit flavors with subtle notes of black pepper, eucalyptus, and toasted vanilla.

Established in 1996 as the Argentine subsidiary of Chilean wine powerhouse Viña Concha y Toro, Bodega Trivento takes its name from the three Andean winds that shape Mendoza's viticultural landscape: the arid, warming Zonda, the cooling oceanic Sudestada, and the frigid winter Polar.
