Trivento's Reserve Chardonnay is a vibrant expression of Mendoza's high-altitude terroir, where the dramatic influence of the Andes Mountains meets the legendary three winds—the Polar, Zonda, and Sudestada—that give the winery its name. Sourced from select vineyards in Mendoza, the grapes benefit from intense alpine sunlight and cool night breezes, preserving natural acidity while developing rich tropical fruit flavors. To craft this elegant white, winemakers employ gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, followed by a brief period of aging in French oak barrels. This careful process imparts a delicate touch of vanilla and toasted coconut to the wine's bright green apple and pear core, resulting in a beautifully balanced, creamy texture that honors Mendoza's modern white winemaking evolution.
