Trivento's Reserve White Malbec is a pioneering creation in Argentine winemaking, representing a bold reinvention of the country's flagship red grape. Born from an innovative social initiative to fund student scholarships, this 'Blanc de Noirs' is crafted by gently and immediately pressing estate-grown Malbec grapes after harvest to avoid extracting color from the skins. Sourced from high-altitude vineyards in Mendoza, the juice undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its delicate, crisp profile. This unique vinification process coaxes out an ethereal side of Malbec, offering subtle aromas of red cherries and raspberries on the nose, while delivering the refreshing acidity and structure of a premium white wine.

Founded in 1996 by the Chilean wine group Viña Concha y Toro, Trivento is located in the Maipú and Luján de Cuyo sub-regions of Mendoza, Argentina. The winery's name, meaning 'Three Winds,' pays homage to the Polar, Zonda, and Sudestada winds that shape the unique high-altitude terroir of the region. Under the guidance of head winemaker Germán Di Cesare, Trivento focuses on sustainable viticulture and state-of-the-art production techniques to craft expressive, terroir-driven wines. The estate is globally celebrated for its premium Malbecs, such as the iconic Eolo and Golden Reserve, as well as fresh, elegant Chardonnays and Torrontés.
