While Tyrrell's is legendary for its still single-vineyard wines, this sparkling cuvée draws on their deep expertise with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The fruit is harvested early to retain natural acidity and bright, primary fruit flavors. Combining the structural depth and red-fruit nuances of Pinot Noir with the vibrant citrus and stone fruit elegance of Chardonnay, the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation to develop a delicate bead and a creamy texture. Founded in 1858 by Edward Tyrrell, Tyrrell's is one of Australia's oldest and most prestigious family-owned wineries, nestled against the Brokenback Range in the Hunter Valley of New South Wales.
