The Stevens Vineyard Semillon is a brilliant testament to the long-standing partnership between Tyrrell's and the Stevens family, who have cultivated grapes in the Hunter Valley for generations. Sourced from the iconic Stevens Vineyard, which features classic light, sandy loam soils over clay, this single-vineyard wine captures the pure essence of Hunter Valley Semillon. The fruit is harvested early at low sugar levels to preserve natural acidity, then gently pressed and fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks without any oak contact. In its youth, the wine is incredibly vibrant, tight, and driven by zesty citrus and mineral notes. Over time, it undergoes a magical transformation, developing rich, complex characters of toasted brioche, honey, and nuts, despite never seeing a stave of oak.

Founded in 1858 by Edward Tyrrell, Tyrrell's is one of Australia's oldest and most prestigious family-owned wineries, nestled against the Brokenback Range in the Hunter Valley of New South Wales.
