Created by blending exceptionally rare reserve vintages—historically spanning years like 1988 to 2010—this champagne represents the absolute essence of the signature Yellow Label, isolated and magnified. The reserve wines are aged on their lees in vats for a minimum of three years before blending, and once bottled, the cuv e undergoes an additional three years of cellar aging. With a minimal dosage of around 3 grams per liter, this Extra Brut expression showcases incredible purity, mineral tension, and a complex, creamy texture. It is a testament to Madame Clicquot's pioneering spirit, offering a deep, historical journey through the house's finest cool-cellar reserves.
