This prestige cuvée is only declared in exceptional vintage years. The soul of this rosé lies in Pinot Noir, sourced from historic Grand Cru plots that Madame Clicquot herself acquired in the early 19th century. The defining element is the addition of still red wine crafted from the legendary Clos Colin vineyard in Bouzy, a south-facing parcel renowned for producing Pinot Noir of extraordinary power, elegance, and longevity. This masterful blend undergoes extensive cellar aging, resulting in a Champagne of sublime complexity, marrying the structural intensity of Pinot Noir with a delicate, silky texture and vibrant red fruit character.
