✨ Technical Specifications
Crafted to celebrate the turn of the millennium, the Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Trilennium Reserve Brut is a rare, prestigious release sourced from the exceptional 1989 vintage. This cuvée represents the pinnacle of the house's blending expertise, drawing from prestigious Grand and Premier Cru vineyards. True to the house style established by Madame Clicquot, the blend is anchored by Pinot Noir, which imparts signature structure, vinous depth, and longevity, complemented by the elegance of Chardonnay and the fruitiness of Pinot Meunier. Having undergone extended cellar aging in the historic chalk crayères of Reims, this Champagne exhibits a rich, golden hue and complex aromas of toasted brioche, honeyed stone fruits, and roasted nuts, making it a historic collector's piece.
🍾 About the Producer
Founded in 1772 by Philippe Clicquot in Reims, Veuve Clicquot rose to global prominence under the visionary leadership of Madame Clicquot, the legendary Grande Dame of Champagne who took control of the house in 1805. Renowned for transformative innovations including the creation of the riddling table and the development of the first blended rosé Champagne, the Maison has shaped modern sparkling winemaking history. Anchored in premier terroirs across Champagne, the estate champions a Pinot Noir-dominant philosophy that delivers structural power, richness, and enduring freshness. Today, part of the LVMH group, the house is celebrated globally for its iconic Yellow Label Brut as well as prestige expressions like La Grande Dame and the vintage Cave Privée series.
