✨ wine.spec_sheet

To celebrate the transition into the third millennium, Veuve Clicquot created the limited-edition 'Trilennium' Reserve Brut. This historic cuvée was uniquely crafted by blending three of the house's most exceptional vintages from the late 20th century: 1989, 1990, and 1993. Reflecting the house's signature style, it is anchored by Pinot Noir, which provides structure and depth, complemented by the elegance of Chardonnay and the roundness of Pinot Meunier. Having undergone extended lees aging, this rare bottling offers a complex sensory journey of toasted brioche, honeyed stone fruits, and preserved citrus, representing a masterclass in the art of Champagne assemblage.
