The Veuve Clicquot 'Yellowboam' is a grand, theatrical celebration of the house's signature Yellow Label Brut, presented exclusively in a three-liter Jeroboam. This iconic cuv e pays homage to Madame Clicquot, the 'Grande Dame of Champagne,' who revolutionized the region in the early 19th century with the invention of the riddling table. The blend is anchored by the strength and structure of Pinot Noir (typically 50-55%), balanced by the elegance of Chardonnay and the roundness of Meunier, sourced from up to 60 distinct crus. To ensure consistency and depth, a significant proportion of reserve wines—often aged up to nine years—is incorporated. The massive Jeroboam format allows for a slower, more majestic autolytic aging process, resulting in a complex profile of brioche, ripe stone fruits, and delicate spice, wrapped in the house's legendary silkiness.
