✨ Technical Specifications
Crafted in the southernmost corner of Alsace, this Crémant d'Alsace Brut from the Cave du Vieil-Armand is a vibrant tribute to the region's resilient history and unique terroir. The cooperative takes its name from the nearby Hartmannswillerkopf battlefield, known in French as Vieil-Armand, a site of immense historical significance from World War I. This sparkling wine is produced using the traditional method, undergoing secondary fermentation in the bottle and aging on its lees to develop complexity. Sourced from vineyards nestled at the foothills of the Vosges Mountains, where granite and silt soils impart a distinct mineral tension, this Brut is celebrated for its fine, persistent mousse, delicate aromas of white flowers, crisp green apple, and subtle brioche undertones. It represents a beautiful balance of Alsatian freshness and traditional craftsmanship.
