Sourced from the historic estate of Château d'Ollwiller, one of the very few castle properties in Alsace permitted to bottle wine under its own historic name, this rosé carries centuries of heritage. The estate's history dates back to the 13th century, surviving the ravages of the First World War before being meticulously restored. Nestled at the southern edge of Alsace, the vineyards benefit from a unique microclimate and soils rich in clay and limestone. This rosé is crafted entirely from Pinot Noir, the sole red grape of the region, utilizing short skin contact to achieve its brilliant pale pink hue. It captures the essence of Alsatian summer, balancing vibrant red fruit aromas with a crisp, mineral-driven finish that reflects its historic terroir.

Established in 1959 at the foot of the historic Hartmannswillerkopf battlefield in Wuenheim, France, the Cave du Vieil-Armand is the southernmost wine cooperative in Alsace.
