This Private Bin blend showcases the classic Bordeaux varieties—Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec—grown in the sun-drenched, gravelly soils of Hawke's Bay, New Zealand's oldest wine-growing region. Here, the warm maritime climate and ancient riverbeds allow these red grapes to ripen beautifully. The Merlot provides a plump, fleshy core of red plums, Cabernet Sauvignon contributes structure and dark currant notes, while Malbec adds vibrant color and a touch of wild berry spice.
