Crafted using the traditional method, this sparkling wine undergoes extensive lees aging to develop profound complexity while retaining its signature mineral tension. The name Ehrenhausen pays homage to the historic wine-growing region characterized by coralline limestone soils, which impart a distinct salty minerality and vibrant acidity. As a 'Brut Nature,' it is bottled without any added dosage, allowing the pure, unadorned terroir of Styria and the pristine fruit to shine. This bottling represents the pinnacle of the Austrian Sekt quality pyramid, showcasing how the region's cool climate and dramatic diurnal temperature shifts can produce sparkling wines of breathtaking elegance, structure, and longevity.

Det familieejede Weingut Tement blev grundlagt i 1959 og regnes i dag for et ubestridt referencepunkt i Südsteiermark, smukt beliggende på de stejle, dramatiske skråninger langs den østrigsk-slovenske grænse. Vingården opnåede international berømmelse under Manfred Tement og drives i dag videre af sønnerne Armin og Stefan Tement med en kompromisløs, certificeret biodynamisk tilgang.
