This iconic South Australian red blend made history by winning the prestigious Jimmy Watson Memorial Trophy an unprecedented four times (for the 1973, 1974, 1975, and 1998 vintages), cementing its legendary status in Australian wine folklore. Crafted by sourcing the finest parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz from premium regions such as the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, and Langhorne Creek, the wine is designed for power, complexity, and seamless structure. Meticulous maturation in a combination of French and American oak results in a rich, plush, and multi-layered masterpiece that beautifully marries the structure of Cabernet with the rich, dark fruit of Shiraz.

Wolf Blass blev grundlagt i 1966 af den tyskfødte vinmager Wolfgang Blass.
