Wolf Blass blev grundlagt i 1966 af den tyskfødte vinmager Wolfgang Blass. Huset startede i et ydmygt blikskur i Sydaustraliens berømte Barossa Valley, men voksede hurtigt til et af landets mest hæderkronede og ikoniske vinhuse. Vingården opbyggede sit internationale ry på banebrydende teknikker inden for blending på tværs af regioner, hvor målet altid har været frugtdrevne, strukturerede vine med smidige tanniner og velafstemt fadlagring.
