The 'Belle Saison' Muscat celebrates the arrival of spring, a nod to the region's ancient agricultural traditions where Muscat has been cultivated since the 16th century. Unlike the sweet Muscat wines of the Mediterranean, this Alsatian rendition is crafted in a dry, highly aromatic style. It is typically a blend of Muscat d'Alsace and Muscat Ottonel, grown on the sun-drenched, clay-limestone slopes sheltered by the Vosges Mountains. The grapes undergo gentle pressing and temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation to preserve the incredibly vibrant, fresh-grape aromatics and crisp, spring-like vitality that define this classic cuvée.
