Wolfberger, established in 1902 in the historic village of Eguisheim, is a cornerstone of Alsatian winemaking heritage. The 'Belle Saison' Muscat celebrates the arrival of spring, a nod to the region's ancient agricultural traditions where Muscat has been cultivated since the 16th century. Unlike the sweet Muscat wines of the Mediterranean, this Alsatian rendition is crafted in a dry, highly aromatic style. It is typically a blend of Muscat d'Alsace and Muscat Ottonel, grown on the sun-drenched, clay-limestone slopes sheltered by the Vosges Mountains. The grapes undergo gentle pressing and temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation to preserve the incredibly vibrant, fresh-grape aromatics and crisp, spring-like vitality that define this classic cuvée.

Founded in 1902 in the historic village of Eguisheim, Wolfberger was established when visionary local winegrowers united to create one of Alsace's most prominent and influential cooperative houses. A pioneer in regional innovation, the producer played an instrumental role in the official establishment of the Crémant d'Alsace AOC in 1976, harmonizing centuries-old regional tradition with modern winemaking precision.
