Wolfberger, established in 1902 in the medieval town of Eguisheim, is a cornerstone of Alsatian winemaking history. The "Collection Signature" Muscat represents the classic, dry style of Alsace Muscat, a grape variety celebrated in the region since the 16th century. Unlike the sweet, fortified Muscats of the Mediterranean, this Alsatian expression is fermented completely dry. It is typically crafted from a blend of Muscat d'Alsace (Muscat à Petits Grains), which brings structure and intense aromatics, and Muscat Ottonel, which contributes delicate floral notes. Grown on the sun-drenched, geologically diverse slopes of Alsace, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the incredibly vibrant, primary fruit character. The result is a wine that captures the pure essence of biting into a fresh, ripe grape, backed by the region's signature mineral freshness.

Founded in 1902 in the historic village of Eguisheim, Wolfberger was established when visionary local winegrowers united to create one of Alsace's most prominent and influential cooperative houses. A pioneer in regional innovation, the producer played an instrumental role in the official establishment of the Crémant d'Alsace AOC in 1976, harmonizing centuries-old regional tradition with modern winemaking precision. Wolfberger carefully oversees a vast mosaic of Alsace terroirs, emphasizing sustainable viticulture and meticulous parcel selection.
