Wolfberger, established in 1902 in the medieval town of Eguisheim, is a cornerstone of Alsatian winemaking history. The "Collection Signature" Muscat represents the classic, dry style of Alsace Muscat, a grape variety celebrated in the region since the 16th century. Unlike the sweet, fortified Muscats of the Mediterranean, this Alsatian expression is fermented completely dry. It is typically crafted from a blend of Muscat d'Alsace (Muscat à Petits Grains), which brings structure and intense aromatics, and Muscat Ottonel, which contributes delicate floral notes. Grown on the sun-drenched, geologically diverse slopes of Alsace, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the incredibly vibrant, primary fruit character.
