✨ wine.spec_sheet

Wolfberger, founded in 1902 in the historic village of Eguisheim, is a cornerstone of Alsatian winemaking heritage. The 'Cuvée du Schlossherr' (meaning Lord of the Castle) pays homage to the medieval fortresses that overlook the sun-drenched vineyards of Alsace. Crafted from 100% Pinot Gris, this wine captures the essence of the region's complex mosaic of soils. The grapes undergo gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve their intense aromatics. The resulting wine is rich and beautifully textured, showcasing the classic Alsatian Pinot Gris profile of ripe stone fruits, honeyed pear, and a characteristic hint of smoky spice, all balanced by a refreshing mineral finish.
