Wolfberger, established in 1902 in the historic village of Eguisheim, is a cornerstone of Alsatian winemaking heritage. The Expression Unique Riesling Brut represents a brilliant marriage of Alsace's noble Riesling grape with the traditional sparkling method. Sourced from the diverse clay-limestone terroirs nestled along the protective Vosges foothills, the grapes are harvested by hand to preserve their pristine acidity. Following a secondary fermentation in the bottle and careful aging on its lees, this sparkling wine reveals a sophisticated profile characterized by fine, persistent bubbles, vibrant notes of lemon zest, green apple, and white blossoms, anchored by a distinctive mineral backbone that is the hallmark of Alsatian Riesling.

Founded in 1902 in the historic village of Eguisheim, Wolfberger was established when visionary local winegrowers united to create one of Alsace's most prominent and influential cooperative houses. A pioneer in regional innovation, the producer played an instrumental role in the official establishment of the Crémant d'Alsace AOC in 1976, harmonizing centuries-old regional tradition with modern winemaking precision.
