Crafted by master oenologist Xavier Vignon, this wine is a tribute to the diverse and secret parcels of the Southern Rhône. The name 'Anonyme' whispers of ancient, unnamed field blends and hidden old-vine parcels scattered across the region's iconic terroirs—from the heat-retaining galets roulés (rounded quartz stones) to mineral-rich limestone and deep clays. Vignon utilizes his signature scientific precision to blend these distinct terroirs, employing innovative aging vessels such as concrete eggs alongside traditional oak to preserve the pristine, mineral-driven acidity of the grapes while coaxing out a luxurious, textured mouthfeel. The result is a white wine of profound depth, marrying the sun-drenched richness of the south with an unexpected, saline freshness.
