An extraordinary creation from master oenologist Xavier Vignon, La Reserve VII IX X is a non-traditional multi-vintage masterpiece that defies classic appellation rules to achieve ultimate harmony. Sourced entirely from prestigious old-vine parcels in Chateauneuf-du-Pape, this cuvee is a meticulous blend of three of the Southern Rhone's most legendary vintages of the early 21st century: 2007 (VII), representing opulence and concentration; 2009 (IX), contributing structure and power; and 2010 (X), bringing exceptional freshness and balance. By combining these distinct years, Vignon bypasses vintage limitations to craft a wine of immense complexity, depth, and seamless texture, aged in a combination of oak casks and concrete tanks to preserve its rich fruit character and mineral-driven terroir.
