The name itself is a testament to Vignon's innovative spirit, representing a masterclass in blending across time by uniting three of the Southern Rhône's most exceptional vintages of the decade: 2010 (X), 2012 (XII), and 2015 (XV). By combining the structural power and acidity of 2010, the lush, expressive fruit of 2012, and the depth and balance of 2015, Vignon created a cuvée of remarkable harmony. The grapes are sourced from ancient vines, some over a century old, rooted in the classic Châteauneuf terroir of quartz river stones (galets roulés), red clay, and limestone. This non-traditional approach yields a wine of immense complexity, richness, and velvety texture, embodying both the scientific precision and artistic freedom that define Vignon's winemaking philosophy.
