Sourced from sun-drenched vineyards across South Eastern Australia, the grapes are harvested cool and fermented at low temperatures to preserve the intense floral aromas of orange blossom, jasmine, and fresh crushed grapes. To maintain its natural sweetness and delicate, lively spritz, the fermentation is stopped early, leaving a low-alcohol, delightfully sweet profile. This style pays homage to the Italian heritage of the Casella family, echoing the light, effervescent Moscato d'Asti of Piedmont but reimagined with the bold, fruit-forward sunshine of the Australian terroir.

Casella Family Brands blev grundlagt som et familiedrevet vinhus i 1969 af de sicilianske immigranter Filippo og Maria Casella i Yenda, New South Wales, og revolutionerede det globale vinmarked i 2001 med lanceringen af [yellow tail].
