Crafted by the Casella family in the heart of New South Wales, the [yellow tail] Riesling reimagines a classic European noble grape through a distinctly sun-drenched Australian lens. Sourced from selected vineyards across the expansive South Eastern Australia region, where warm days are tempered by cool desert nights, this wine captures the vibrant, easy-drinking essence that made the brand a global phenomenon. To preserve the grape's delicate aromatics, the juice undergoes a cool fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, avoiding oak contact entirely. The result is an incredibly approachable white wine that bursts with fresh citrus and floral notes, embodying the Casella philosophy of demystifying wine and bringing people together for simple, everyday enjoyment.

Casella Family Brands blev grundlagt som et familiedrevet vinhus i 1969 af de sicilianske immigranter Filippo og Maria Casella i Yenda, New South Wales, og revolutionerede det globale vinmarked i 2001 med lanceringen af [yellow tail].
