Sourced from selected vineyards across the vast South Eastern Australia geographic indicator, this rosé is crafted to capture the vibrant, sun-drenched essence of the Australian climate. By utilizing gentle pressing of red grape varieties and cool fermentation techniques, the winemakers preserve the bright, primary red fruit aromas of strawberries, cherries, and a touch of spice. This wine reflects the modern Australian wine revolution of the early 2000s, which stripped away the stuffiness of traditional wine culture and focused purely on flavor, freshness, and immediate enjoyment.

Casella Family Brands blev grundlagt som et familiedrevet vinhus i 1969 af de sicilianske immigranter Filippo og Maria Casella i Yenda, New South Wales, og revolutionerede det globale vinmarked i 2001 med lanceringen af [yellow tail].
