Crafted primarily from the Glera grape, this wine undergoes the Charmat method in stainless steel autoclaves, a technique designed to preserve the grape's delicate, primary aromas of white peach, green apple, and fragrant wisteria blossoms. Established in 1821 in Gambellara within the province of Vicenza, Zonin stands as one of Italy's most influential and historically significant wine dynasties. Across seven generations, the Zonin family expanded from their ancestral volcanic soils in the foothills of the Lessini Mountains to acquire top-tier estates spanning Friuli Venezia Giulia, Tuscany, Piedmont, Lombardy, Puglia, and Sicily. Viticulture emphasizes sustainability and regional authenticity across more than 1,500 hectares of family-managed vineyards.
