Hailing from the breeze-swept hills of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Zonin's Pinot Bianco represents a harmonious marriage of historic Venetian winemaking tradition and the unique terroir of northeastern Italy. The Zonin family, whose viticultural roots date back to 1821, crafts this elegant white wine to showcase the pure, expressive nature of the Pinot Bianco grape. In Friuli, where cool Alpine winds collide with warm Adriatic sea breezes, the grape develops a crisp acidity and a refined mineral core. Fermented entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, this wine avoids oak contact to preserve its delicate aromas of white flowers, green apple, and ripe pear, offering a bright and graceful expression of one of Italy's premier white wine regions.

Zonin blev grundlagt i 1821 i Gambellaras bakkede landskab i Veneto og har gennem syv generationers dedikeret familielederskab udviklet sig til et af Italiens mest fremtrædende og anerkendte vindynastier. Under navnet Zonin1821 forener familien dybe vinbønder-traditioner med moderne innovation på tværs af Italiens vigtigste terroirs. Vinhuset er verdenskendt for sine skelsættende mousserende vine, anført af den ikoniske Prosecco Cuvée 1821 og den elegante Prosecco Rosé.
