Following the landmark 2020 appellation decree that officially permitted the creation of Prosecco DOC Rosé, this cuvée elegantly marries the region's signature white Glera grape with a small percentage of Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) vinified as a red wine. Produced using the classic Martinotti-Charmat method, the secondary fermentation takes place in pressurized stainless steel tanks to preserve the delicate, fresh aromas of wild strawberries, cherry blossoms, and red berries. The grapes are harvested from selected vineyards across the Prosecco DOC zone, where the temperate climate, cooled by Alpine breezes and warmed by the Adriatic Sea, fosters a vibrant acidity and a fine, persistent effervescence.
