Yes! You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time with a single click via our secure Stripe Customer Portal. If you cancel, your membership benefits remain fully active until the end of your paid billing period.

To keep our membership rates exceptionally low, we bill quarterly rather than monthly. Fixed bank and credit card processing fees consume a disproportionate share of small monthly micropayments. You will never lose any data! All your bottles, purchase records, and personal tasting notes remain safely stored and fully accessible. You can always export your complete collection to CSV for free at any time. If your collection size exceeds your new tier limit, you simply won't be able to add new bottles until you delete unwanted entries or renew your membership. Tier-specific capabilities (such as daily instant AI scans) adjust to your new tier level.

Collection Master members can create shared collections and invite family, partners, or club members to collaborate. Bottles stored in a shared collection count exclusively against the collection owner's capacity limit, not the invited members' personal limits. If the collection owner downgrades, the shared collection and all bottles remain completely safe: invited members retain read-only view access, while collaborative additions/edits are paused until Collection Master is renewed.
