Bodega Flechas de los Andes represents a prestigious partnership born in 1999 between Baron Benjamin de Rothschild and Laurent Dassault, aimed at producing an exceptional Argentine Malbec at the foot of the Andes. Located in the high-altitude terroir of Vista Flores in the Uco Valley, Mendoza, the winery's name, 'Flechas' (Arrows), pays homage to the historic five arrows symbol of the Rothschild family. The unique terroir, characterized by granite-gravel soils, intense sunlight, and cool mountain nights, yields grapes of remarkable concentration and freshness. The estate's signature style combines traditional French winemaking precision with the bold, expressive fruit of Argentina, typically aging their premium reds in French oak barrels to achieve a harmonious balance of ripe dark fruit, violet aromas, and elegant, structured tannins.
