The grapes are sourced from carefully selected vineyards across the Central Valley, where hot days and cool night breezes from the Andes promote optimal ripening while preserving freshness. Vinified primarily in stainless steel vats to maintain its vibrant, fruit-forward character, Mapu Merlot is renowned for its supple tannins, round mouthfeel, and expressive aromas of dark berries and subtle spices.
