While Bedrock is famous for championing centenarian vines, this site allows them to apply their signature minimal-intervention philosophy to a younger, thoughtfully planted mix of dark-skinned varieties—typically dominated by Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre, alongside other traditional 'mixed blacks.' Fermented with native yeasts and often incorporating whole clusters, the wine is aged in French oak barrels to preserve its intense, savory character.
