Crafted by the visionary biodynamic pioneers Bénédicte and Stéphane Tissot in the heart of the Jura, 'Les Amants' (The Lovers) is a spectacular Crémant du Jura that beautifully expresses the estate's uncompromising philosophy. The cuvée's evocative name pays homage to the long, intimate embrace between the wine and its lees during an extended cellar aging period that far exceeds standard appellation requirements. Sourced from meticulously farmed biodynamic vineyards rooted in the region's classic clay and limestone soils, this sparkling wine is fermented using indigenous yeasts and crafted with minimal sulfur. The result is a sparkling wine of profound depth, characterized by its vibrant mineral tension, fine persistent bead, and a complex bouquet of orchard fruits, toasted brioche, and hazelnut.

Established in 1962 by André and Mireille Tissot and taken over by their son Stéphane alongside his wife Bénédicte in 1990, Domaine Bénédicte & Stéphane Tissot is an iconic benchmark of the Jura region, located in the village of Montigny-lès-Arsures near Arbois, France. A relentless pioneer of organic and biodynamic viticulture, Stéphane transitioned the estate to biodynamics in the early 2000s, championing minimal-intervention cellar techniques and native yeast fermentations to reveal hyper-specific terroirs. The domaine produces an extraordinary array of wines spanning profound single-vineyard Chardonnays from sites like Clos de la Tour de Curon and La Mailloche, energetic Savagnins, traditional sous-voile Vin Jaune, vibrant reds from indigenous Trousseau and Poulsard, and exceptional Crémant du Jura such as Indigène.
