Founded in 1954 by a collective of 102 winegrowers in Manzanares, Bodegas Yuntero—formally known as Cooperativa Jesús del Perdón—is one of the historical pillars of Spain's D.O. La Mancha. The winery distinguished itself as an early pioneer of sustainable viticulture in Castilla-La Mancha, becoming one of the first in the region to champion certified organic winemaking in the early 1990s. Sourcing fruit from extensive sun-drenched vineyards across Ciudad Real, the bodega combines advanced temperature-controlled vinification with classic regional methods. Their portfolio spans fresh, accessible expressions as well as barrel-aged cuvées, characterized by vibrant red blends such as their hallmark Yuntero Tempranillo - Syrah.
