Named in honor of Saint Peter, the patron saint of vintners, this 100% Chardonnay is sourced from carefully selected vineyards across the region to capture the essence of Burgundy's limestone-rich soils. To preserve its vibrant fruit character while introducing a subtle complexity, the winemakers utilize a combination of stainless steel vats for fermentation and a period of aging in French oak barrels. This harmonious approach yields a wine that marries bright citrus and green apple notes with a delicate, buttery roundness and a clean, mineral finish, carrying forward nearly three centuries of Burgundian winemaking heritage.

Founded in 1731 by Michel Bouchard, Bouchard Père & Fils is one of Burgundy’s oldest and most revered wine houses, headquartered at the historic 15th-century Château de Beaune.
