The Beaune Premier Cru 'Clos Saint-Landry' is a historic monopole of Bouchard Père & Fils, representing one of the oldest and most treasured white wine parcels in the Beaune appellation. Originally owned by the Abbey of Saint-Etienne de Dijon in the medieval era, the vineyard was later acquired by the Landry family before being purchased by the Bouchard family in 1791. While Beaune is overwhelmingly famous for its red wines, this exceptional clay-limestone enclave is dedicated entirely to Chardonnay. The resulting wine is celebrated for its unique tension, combining rich stone fruit and white flower aromas with a distinct mineral backbone, enhanced by traditional aging in French oak barrels.

Founded in 1731 by Michel Bouchard in Beaune, Bouchard Père & Fils is one of Burgundy's oldest and most illustrious wine estates. Over the centuries, the house has meticulously assembled a spectacular domain in the Côte d'Or, headquartered in the historic 15th-century Château de Beaune, where wines age to perfection in subterranean fortress cellars. Renowned for its precise, terroir-driven philosophy, the estate crafts exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that capture the purest expressions of their climats. Among their most legendary offerings is the iconic Beaune Grèves Vigne de l'Enfant Jésus, a signature red celebrated worldwide for its elegance and complexity.
