Founded in 1731 by Michel Bouchard, Bouchard Père & Fils is one of Burgundy’s oldest and most revered wine houses, headquartered at the historic 15th-century Château de Beaune. Over nearly three centuries of meticulous acquisition, the estate assembled an extraordinary mosaic of vineyards spanning roughly 130 hectares across the Côte d'Or, notably including prestigious Grand Cru and Premier Cru parcels. The house is dedicated to parcel-by-parcel vinification and careful oak aging within its subterranean fortress cellars, highlighting the subtle nuances of individual climats.
