Nestled in the picturesque foothills of the Victorian Alps—a region steeped in 1850s gold rush folklore—this vineyard benefits from decomposed granite soils and a sub-alpine climate. The warm days and crisp, cool nights allow the Pinot Noir grapes to ripen slowly, preserving their natural acidity and delicate aromatics.
