β¨ Technical Specifications
Grillo is a grape steeped in Sicilian history, once the backbone of the island's legendary Marsala wines. Cantine Nicosia's Bio Vegan Grillo represents a modern renaissance of this ancient variety, crafted with a deep respect for nature. Sourced from certified organic vineyards in Sicily, where the intense Mediterranean sun is tempered by cooling sea breezes, this wine is produced without any animal-derived fining agents, adhering to strict vegan standards. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the grape's vibrant primary aromas. The resulting wine captures the essence of the Sicilian coastβbright, sun-drenched, and kissed by a distinct marine salinity.
