This historic cuv e traces its lineage back to 1206, when Duke Eudes III of Burgundy generously donated parcels of vines to the Hospital of Dijon to support its charitable missions. Today, Ch teau de Marsannay proudly stewards these ancient clay-limestone soils. The resulting Pinot Noir is a beautiful tribute to Burgundy's medieval heritage, showcasing a vibrant bouquet of red cherries, forest floor, and delicate spice. Crafted with traditional Burgundian techniques and aged in French oak casks, this wine balances bright acidity with elegant, fine-grained tannins, embodying the soul of the northern gateway to the C te de Nuits.
